Shipping Information
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
UK Shipping
Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days –
International Shipping (if applicable)
We currently ship to selected countries. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on location.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
Returns
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To start a return, email us at Caelarajewellery@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Gift cards
Perishable or hygiene-related items (if seal is broken)
Custom or made-to-order items
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the process based on stock availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll prioritise a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
