Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Covered issues may include:
• Structural defects in the metal
• Loose or faulty stone settings due to manufacturing defects
• Broken clasps, chains, or bands caused by craftsmanship faults

If a defect is confirmed, Caelara will, at its discretion:
• Repair the item at no cost, or
• Replace the item with the same or a comparable design, subject to availability

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or fading over time
• Accidental damage, impact, crushing, or improper handling
• Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, cleaning agents, or water damage
• Improper storage or lack of care
• Alterations, repairs, or resizing performed by a third party
• Lost or stolen items
• Stone loss caused by impact or wear after delivery

Cosmetic changes that naturally occur with regular use are not considered defects.

Care Responsibility
Proper care is essential to maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewellery. We recommend removing your Caelara pieces before exercising, bathing, swimming, sleeping, or using any chemicals.

Failure to follow basic jewellery care guidelines may void this warranty.

Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim:
• Proof of purchase is required
• The item must be returned for inspection
• If the issue is deemed outside warranty coverage, repair options may be offered at an additional cost

All warranty decisions are made at Caelara’s sole discretion following inspection.

Limitation
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It applies exclusively to jewellery purchased directly from Caelara or authorised retailers.
